Antony Bond
Having been racing sailing dinghies since the age of eight. Now at 44 (I know, he doesn't look it!), he has an extensive sailing knowledge, as well as many other sailing activities. Still a keen sailor, but due to the restrictions of running the loft, he spends any spare time when it's windy out windsurfing or kitesurfing.
Pablo Madrid
Surprisingly, he's french! Pablo is a very accomplished windsurfer, specialising in wavesailing and freestyle. At the loft he takes care of our windsurf and kitesurf repairs, as well as making a vast array of bags (he likes them to be known as les sac - he's Parisian don't you know).
Doesn't sail, windsurf or kitesurf (must be something wrong with the chap), but loves to fish. His background is in fine antigue upholstery, so he's more than capable of tackling boat interiors. He also gets involved in making and repairing covers, and yacht sail repairs.
